I ordered the new iPhone 17 pro max in silver on the 31/12/2025. I have not received a confirmation email but the order has been processed in store. How long are these taking to come? When will I receive tracking etc?

How long is the iPhone 17 pro max taking to come. Also when do I receive confirmation for a phone I ordered on the 31/12/2025. In store told me I needed to contact customer service for my order reference.

We're currently expecting a delivery timescale of around 14 days for this model, but if we can get it to you sooner then we absolutely will.

That’s great. Could you also help me with this. Ordered the phone in store, didn’t receive any confirmation email but received the paperwork from the store. The store told me to speak to customer service as they couldn’t find my order reference. How do I receive this? In order to track the phone.

Becoming really frustrated now. Ordered the iPhone 17 two weeks ago spoke to someone on Monday who advised I had a time slot for yesterday. No sign of the phone. Had a phone call off someone from ee today who told me he has no idea when the phone is in stock!! I’ve given it 2 weeks when I was originally told 4-5 days and it’s still not here, and still don’t know when it’s going to come!!!

Was it the iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro or the iPhone 17 Pro Max? Which colour and memory size did you choose?

iPhone 17 pro max in silver 256gb, I understand it’s taking longer as it’s popular but that has now been just over 2 weeks with no update

The current estimated timescale for delivery on new orders is to expect dispatch within 14 days. We clear orders from oldest to newest, as we receive stock from the manufacturer.

The next step in the process is that DPD will contact you with a delivery window. Looking at the delivery estimates, hopefully that's soon.
