Once you have the tracking number you can use it here: &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/orders" target="_blank"&gt;https://ee.co.uk/help/orders&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should also download the DPD app as you will need a pin for the driver.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I upgraded my phone via the app on Monday and have received no updates since the confirmation email, so I have been waiting 5 days (email stated phone dispatched within 3 days) with no updates, phone or any other information.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am also unable to track the order via the app/ website&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please can someone update me on this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
