topic Order problem in Orders

Hi,

I completed an upgrade order via the app, got the 2 confirmation emails and then got contacted to connect to a link where somebodyvthen tried to renegotiate the order for a more expensive price. As I couldn’t verify the link and because the person was advising me that I couldn’t leave the chat page and expecting that due to new deal I would shortly be asked for bank details again I closed the chat asking that if genuine EE could please email me with any issues. Not had any further communication. Tracking my order is not bringing up a result. I’m not too pleased with this obvious grift to get you to agree a good price only for an ‘glitch’ to then require renegotiation of the agreed price. Any ideas if I can expect to receive my phone?

Your best bet would be call EE Customer Services on 150 and check if your order went through or what the issue was if they can see any account notes for it.
