      <title>No Order Confirmation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I placed an order online this morning for a new phone, I have received confirmation from Glow Finance and my money has been taken but I haven't received an actual order confirmation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes I've checked my spam folder and there is nothing there. When I ring 150 I get told they can't check because it's online and I should select the option to talk about online purchases but this isn't an option?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I get my order confirmation??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Because I went through chat and they say they can't help because it's online and when I rang 150 and went through to the mobile option they said they couldn't help because it's online and they couldn't transfer me to the right department because I don't have an order number. The options when dialling 150 don't seem to have one for online purchases so it's unclear how I actually am supposed to talk to the right people.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
