      <title>Phone delivery issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone. I am submitting a complaints regarding to phone delivery,&lt;BR /&gt;Couples of days ago I just buy a new phone contract from ee website,&lt;BR /&gt;All the things is fine , I have received the order number and tracking number and Dpd delivery pin.&lt;BR /&gt;But I never received the order,&lt;BR /&gt;Everytime when I tried to track the order it's shows me the order is back to ee.&lt;BR /&gt;And I can able to see by app the bill is being add on the account.&lt;BR /&gt;And today I also just activate my esim as well.&lt;BR /&gt;But the main issue is that I still haven't received my phone.&lt;BR /&gt;Can some help me and guide me to resolve this issue.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards&lt;BR /&gt;Neil&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I suggest you speak to EE CS on 150.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
