      <description>&lt;P&gt;I placed an order on the 20th. Have received no further email other than confirmation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;no dispatch etc, and order reference doesn’t work on any of the tracking.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I spoke to customer service on the 20th who said my order would be delivered on the 21st, but haven’t even had any further details and it’s obviously not been delivered.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;can anyone help. Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
