Hi i ordered my Iphone 17 Pro Max in silver 256GB on the 16th December (Tuesday) but on the “track my order” it still says “Order Confirmed” and has moved over to the next stage “awaiting dispatch” but hasn’t ticked that bit yet so im still stuck on the “Order Confirmed” so when should i expect my phone?

exactly the same as me, i ordered mine on the 16th December and im still at order confirmed 😫

Yes exactly! So i’m guessing mine might be next week as i ordered 2 days after you. But hopefully over the weekend mine will be getting prepared for dispatch. They’ve now updated it to expect dispatch after 28days!!!! If they don’t have the stock to get them out within the 3 days as said in an email they should just put the phone as out of stock!

i ordered mine on the 16th December so should mine be with me next week or dispatched over the weekend/ monday or should i be waiting longer? i ordered the iphone 17 pro max in silver 256GB

Orders placed on 16th December had a guidance of "Expect despatch within 7 days".

As soon as it's ready for shipping you'll receive a text message with the courier tracking details.
