&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the order didn't give you a confirmation on screen and you didn't receive a confirmation email, it may be that the order didn't go through.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you attempted the payment, it would be pending with your bank but wouldn't be taken fully if the order hasn't been successful.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would recommend giving our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;customer service guides&lt;/A&gt; a call as &lt;SPAN style="background: var(--ck-color-mention-background); color: var(--ck-color-mention-text);"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4524"&gt;@Northerner&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; mentioned, so they can check to see if the order has gone through, and if it hasn't help to place it again.&lt;/P&gt;
