    <description>&lt;P&gt;I upgraded my phone on 5th December.&amp;nbsp; Parcel was sent to DPD. DPD has been holding the parcel citing "EE didn't put a scan and must call to rectify". I have been back and forth eversince. EE says it can't help, DPD says only EE can rectify. Today is the 15th and noone wants to help. Am annoyed. Moving to another service provider.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
