iPhone 16 on ee app got confirmation says dispatched took £30 from my
account been over a week now

Please don't post your order number as this is a public forum. We are unable to check individual orders via the community, if your phone has been showing as dispatched for over 24 hours and you have not received any tracking information from DPD I would recommend to give us a call so someone can check on your order.
