Good afternoon @Lashkarcharlott.

Welcome to the EE Community!

As @bristolian has mentioned here, if there's a discrepancy in the price you're paying and what was promised, we definitely want to get this investigated.

If you use the EE app, having a check of the plan listed alongside your number is a great first port of call.

Just be aware that sometimes for a special offer we will apply extra discounts alongside an existing plan, so just because a price is listed in the plan name, doesn't mean that's what you're actually paying.

As was mentioned above too, if you've moved to a more expensive plan mid-contract, your first bill after the change can be a bit higher, as we need to adjust for the part of the previous month you underpaid.

Online & telesales purchases in the UK come with a statutory 14days "change of mind" right of return, but this does not apply to face-to-face retail instore sales. The assumption is that you have opportunity to inspect the goods prior to purchase, so the store hasn't done anything wrong here,.

Are you saying that there was a discrepancy between the plan price you agreed (and presumably have paperwork for), and the monthly price on your first bill? The first bill is always higher than normal because of the pro-rata first months charges.
