Thanks for coming to the community.

SIM Orders can take 2-5 working days to arrive by Royal Mail.

If the SIM card has not arrived in the next few days and you would like to make sure this has been fully processed, please give is a call on 0800 956 6000 and the team will get this checked over for you.
