Nao recebi a ordem do pedido ate agora e fiz ontem e descontaram o valor ja e nada.

Fiz um pedido de um telefone e plano, a entrada já foi debitada, não recebi nenhum e-mail de confirmação e o plano já está constando no meu aplicativo e até agora não recebi o celular.

If your plan has changed in the app that should mean the phone has been dispatched, once dispatched it would usually be delivered the next working day. If you have not received any tracking information, I would recommend contacting us so one of our guides can supply you with the tracking details.
