      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey, I've been getting constant,&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;frequent&lt;/EM&gt; reminders to return my EE kit even though I did it forever ago and even got the confirmation email to prove it's been recieved.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;EE are still sending me emails (I recieved 3 yesterday at 3-5AM!) and texts telling me I will be charged if I don't send it back. It has been longer than the 3 weeks needed to process the returns and there are no options on the helpline for this.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is there anything I can do? Anyone I can contact? No chance am I letting myself be charged for something already solved.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
