My Iphone 17 order is delayed

Good afternoon,

I ordered Iphone 17 on 24th November 2025 and received order confirmation on the same day. It has been more than a week and my order is still not dispatched. I am getting nervous as this was a christmas gift and christmas is coming soon. There is still no update from EE regarding to my order.

I've checked our stock and the guidance since the 25th November has been to 'expect dispatch within 1-3 days'. Since it's been a bit longer than that, I recommend speaking with our Customer Support team, so they can double check your order.

I contacted by phone and they said there is a shortage in stock
