30.00 refund for cancelled order

I ordered a phone and cancelled it straight away you still took the 30.00 and I am still awaiting a refund I rang 4 days ago and they said yes it’s been Prosessed but it’s been near 2 weeks now it’s disgusting to make people wait this long for their money back !

When your application has not been processed, and the payment is pending, we will not have taken the money, so we aren't able to refund it.

It is set as a pending payment by your bank as you attempted to pay the upfront cost when applying online, and it would remain that way in case it was processed by us.

Most banks will cancel the pending payment within 7 to 10 days.

If you'd like a more detailed update, you can contact us and speak with a guide who can look into your specific order.
