    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4875683"&gt;@Meganlye11&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; You’ll be refunded around 7-10 days after the returned device has been processed. &amp;nbsp; The bill would have been issued within 1-2 days for the device being sent out for delivery but now has to be processed first a return. &amp;nbsp; EE might have it but it might not of been processed as a return yet. &amp;nbsp;Basically it’s on a shelf waiting to be processed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I declined an delivery but it has been received by ee and my account has been closed and my final bill says £0.00 on my account but we are still trying to charge me £38 even though it has been returned and I have not been refunded the deposit back&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Following on from the advice above from &lt;SPAN style="background: var(--ck-color-mention-background); color: var(--ck-color-mention-text);"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/142884"&gt;@Chris_B&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;, if the refund is not back with you after 10 days, give our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;billing guides&lt;/A&gt; a call and they'll be able to check the account and see what is happening.&lt;/P&gt;
