Have you received a confirmation email with a order number on it? These can sometimes go into your spam/junk mail.

Hi,

it was 2x iPhone 17 ( lavender and blue)

I have confirmation and spoke to EE to check confirm. Both completed.

one is showing as dispatched but no delivery update,

the blue one isn’t dispatched.

@Staceylb90 The iPhone 17 256Gb Blue at the time of your order was to expect dispatch within 7 days of your order so its still within the expected timescale on that one currently.

For the dispatched order, when did it actually dispatch, usually DPD would usually text you on the evening when they pick up the phone and then in the morning on the day of delivery with the 1 hour time slot.

If the phone has been dispatched one of our guides on 150 should be able to provide the DPD tracking number to track it if you don't have the tracking details yet.

Since Saturday I’ve waited dispatch.

@Staceylb90 Yes you can call us on 07953 966 150 from any phone to check on the one that has dispatched, then the other one should dispatch within 7 days from your order.

No one answers, the line cuts you off . I must say I have never experienced such difficulty finding my order.
