Yesterday I ordered iPhone 17 pro max and today it is showing cancelled I paid 30 pounds upfront what to do now?

The payment will be realised by your bank within 7-10 days.

For a reason you'll need to speak to EE CS.

I ordered a phone yesterday too and an hour and 15 minutes later I got a text saying it was cancelled, rang customer services and they said a bug in the system and they had no record of my order even though I had an order confirmation email.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience.

I can imagine it must have been very disappointing to have received that message so soon after you placed the order.

Our system may have produced the order confirmation email before the order was cancelled.

Did the message state any reason as to why it was cancelled?
