topic New EE customer in Orders

Good evening.

I became a new customer today and set an account and chose my new contact phone and plan I had to pay an upfront amount of £30 which has been taken out of my bank. I received a couple of emails I received a pre contract email and so on but I don't have any actual information details for anything e.g order number or if or not my order and credit check went through ok or anything. I'm so confused as it's all new to me plus I'm worried that I've lost £30 and I won't have a new phone. Is it normal for EE to do this.

Hi @Snowangel88

It's great news to hear that you've taken a new phone and plan with us.

As you received emails after you placed the order, it sounds like the order has been logged.

If you'd like to get some peace of mind on your specific order, I'd recommend getting in touch with us so a guide can take a look for you.
