    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4899409"&gt;@DJohnJones&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; If the item is being returned back to EE unfortunately there is nothing that can be done for a failed delivery, DPD tries two attempts at delivery before it’s returned. &amp;nbsp; Once the return has been processed you’ll be refunded any upfront payment and this will take around 7-10 days. &amp;nbsp;You’ll then have to order again. &amp;nbsp; It’s worth having the DPD app and then you can track any delivery’s that are out for you, &amp;nbsp;you should have got a delivery time slot notification though. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dpd attempted my delivery once and now it is being returned to EE. Why is this? Noone has tried to contact us re the delivery&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As &lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/142884"&gt;@Chris_B&lt;/a&gt; mentioned, you should have received notification of the delivery either by email or text, or in the DPD app if you have that.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As for why the delivery was on attempted once, we really couldn't say here, as we don't have access to your account or order. If you wanted to discuss that, you would need to give our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;customer service guides&lt;/A&gt; a call.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the phone is on the way back to us, they'd not be able to re-arrange it until the phone is scanned back in the warehouse and the order cancelled.&lt;/P&gt;
