Hi,

I ordered an iPhone 17 pro max 512gb Cosmic Orange on the 7th November, I have confirmation email and 1 update email saying the order is on track on 14th November. Why is the order taking so long?

My sister is with Vodafone, ordered an iPhone 17 pro 1tb and received it the next day. Literally within 12 hours of ordering...

I don't understand why EE are struggling to fulfil the orders, but every other carrier can?

For orders placed on 07/11/2025 for iPhone 17 Pro Max 512GB Cosmic Orange, you can expect dispatch within 28 days. When ordering, this should have also been the information given to you.

Whilst I can't comment on other providers, we will be sending devices out on a first-come first-served basis as stock arrives from the supplier.

Once we have further updates about your specific order, we will let you know directly. DPD will also be reaching out to set your delivery date and time slot, so I suggest making sure you have the DPD app ready.

Hopefully, you don't have too much longer to wait.

I was told on the phone when ordering that it would be 3 days.

I am sorry if you were told 3 days @Daveyu.

Looking at the previous stock guidance, the timescale has not been below 14 days since pre-orders opened and has been one of the highest demand models.

In the days prior to your order, the guidance was more than 28 days but did come down to within 28 days just before your order was placed.

We will get the order out to you as soon as stock is available, and as @Linzi_H mentioned, DPD will be in touch to let you know when to expect delivery.
