Hi there, i have order and iPhone 17 pro and they cancell My order for no reason they said that my refund will be back at my account in 10 working days I have order on 25 octomber and we are at 21 November I want my refund back.

I'm very sorry to hear that you've still not had your refund yet.

It can usually take up to 10 working days to appear in your account, so it doesn't sound right that you've still not had the refund after a month.

I'd recommend giving us a call so a guide can get access to your account and get this looked into for you.
