No shipping email received yet

Just wondering how long until my order will be shipped. I ordered an iPhone 17 in sage green 256gb on the 18th November. I know it’s only been 2 days but it says it’s in stock on the website and so would only take 2-3 days.

Have you registered for the DPD app? You often get notified there before EE tell you it's on its way.

Welcome to the community.

I've had a look at our stock information for the iPhone 17 256GB Green, and it was showing that delivery may take up to 14 days when you ordered on the 18th.

Having said that, it does show that all orders are now fulfilled up to today, so it looks promising that you'll have it sooner than later.

You'll get a text or email from DPD, or as @chistery mentioned, if you have the DPD app, you'll get a notification in the app to let you know when to expect it.
