no updates. Order tracker is useless:

but it’s blank

it also has my address as blank.
i ordered a new iPhone last Thursday but had nothing since?

my package has changed and I’m now getting charged £79pm instead of £31

would be nice if i had a phone to show for it. Or even an email. Or a text.
but I’ve got nothing

When did you current plan change?

Usually your plan updates when your handset is dispatched, a DPD text with tracking information usually follows not long after.
