If you let me know how did you place our order, was it online or over the phone, and which colour and memory size phone did you purchase, and on which date, I can check expected shipping times for you.

Yeah..i got the confirmation mail and i ordered online on through application.color - orange 512 GB..on 10 nov -25

Looking at the order history for iPhone 17 Pro Max 512GB Cosmic Orange, stock guidance while placing the order on the 10th November was - "Available to order (Expect despatch within 28 days)"

Which means we are waiting to receive stock from the supplier so we can ship this out as soon as possible.

If you haven't done so already I would recommend downloading the DPD app, so that soon as this device is ready to be shipped you will be notified with the tracking details.
