Ordered iPhone 17 pro max got order number 5 days ago…

Hi guys, I ordered an iPhone 17 pro max phone and sim on the 12th November got the email saying the contract and it’s been processed but I’ve heard nothing since?

I’ve paid £30 upfront and just wanna know what’s happening with my order?
Anyone had the same issue?

@Dovesterx What colour and storage size as there are different waiting periods for each model type.

Hi I ordered the Apple - iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Silver on 4th November and was told 14 days. Has this changed?

Welcome to the community.

The iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Cosmic Orange had an expected dispatch time of within 21 days when you have placed your order.

When stock comes in, they are being dispatched on a first come, first served basis. When your order is on the way, you'll get a text or email from DPD, or a notification in the DPD app if you have it, to let you know it is on the way and when it will be delivered.

Welcome to the community.

Looking at the stock information, the iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Silver was showing 14 days when you placed your order but then did go up to more than 28 days a few days later, so there may have been a delay in stock arriving.

It has since dropped back to 14 days and there are orders older than yours that are waiting to be dispatched so I wouldn't worry about it just yet.

Once it is on the you'll get a text or email from DPD, or a notification in the DPD app if you have it, to let you know it has been dispatched and when it will be delivered.
