I recently ordered a Samsung television as an add-on as a Christmas present. ParceForce delivered it, but the entire screen was shattered on delivery, I clicked return item and a collection date was set (last Wednesday), they never showed up. I hadn't heard anything from them since, I emailed them, called them, today I finally was able to speak to somebody and they're telling me that I need to arrange the collection again but only through EE. I have no idea who to speak to so that I can finally get this sorted

I am sorry to hear you have received your television damaged.

Did you purchase the TV direct with EE?

Was this as an add to plan?

What number have you called to speak with an agent?

I managed to call the right number for help from EE and it was sorted immediately!
