I ordered apple airpods on the 17th nov - standard delivery and have not heard a thing since. Do you think they have gone missing as they should take 2 days ?

I do have my order number but it sends me round in circles the same with the phone number.

At this point i would just like to cancel my order and order somewhere else

What does the order number start with @char129? Is it EE, SOO or XKO? Please don't put the full order number here.

That order would be handled by Electronics Team and you can reach them on 08000790062.

You'd just need to give them the order number and they'll check to see what is happening and if you did want to cancel, they can arrange that for you.
