I order 17 pro max on 11th October but not get yet

I ordered for 17pro max 256 On 11th of the Oct .

I didn’t received my order and it will be delivered after 2 weeks but its now almost 4 weeks but didn’t get.

Order REF NO: **********.

i just send mail to ee they ask for wait until 5 weeks.

There is no account access on these forums. You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 about your issue.

Alternatively keep checking the order tracker and download the DPD app.
