Are there any updates available on when the orders will be fulfilled, obviously I have paid for a phone but no notice of when it will be delivered, ordered it on the 20th October

Welcome to the community,

As soon as your device is ready to be shipped, you will receive notification from DPD up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window and a PIN number which you will have to show the driver before receiving your device.

As the new IPhones are so popular, you will just have to wait, as they are delivered on a first come first serve basis.

The upfront payment should be pending until your device is shipped.

It's great news that you've ordered the new iPhone 17 Pro Max in blue, It's an amazing device.

I've just checked our stock page, and it's stating if you ordered on the 20th October, the phone should take around 28 days to arrive.

Thanks for the update, but just to confirm there is nothing pending about the payment it was all taken from my card on the day, which is fine just wish I had been told in advance if the expected wait.

Well finally received the phone I ordered for my daughter, shame they could not send the colour I actually ordered, but waited so long my daughter just said she would hang on to it rather than request the correct one, cannot lie first time bought one from EE and not impressed with the service, long wait and then wrong colour.

I'm really sorry you have received the wrong colour iPhone after waiting for the order.

If your daughter decides she would like the correct colour and this was ordered online or over the phone, our Returning a mobile device or SIM (within 14 days) page has full details on requesting a return.
