Tracking incorrect

Anyone else’s IPhone17 pro max order tracking stating dispatched?? I contacted ee as mine has said this for over 10 days lol they told me the tracking is incorrect and lying ???

anyone else this happened to??

I made an order on the 5th November for the iPhone 17 pro max in silver, it estimated 14 days to be dispatched. On the same evening I received confirmation of order along with the tracking number, I tracked a couple hours later which then said been dispatched!
which is now strange and I’ve contacted ee as if it had been dispatched over 6 days ago I would’ve received at least a message on delivery from DPD, so as this was weird , EE then told me my tracking is lying LOL, and hasn’t actually been dispatched from the warehouse?
and that one the orders come to them they deliver On a first come basis, which is leading me to believe my iPhone was dispatched to EE however they have to someone else???

The EE ensured me I couldn’t collect at a local store with it in stock as I would’ve had to cancel my original order and start again an be put to the back of the queue?

they also advised me to even issue it as a complaint?

On the 5th of November. I got a message from ee that its on my day.

I got the message it’s been dispatched on the 5th when I made the order, upon waiting 6 days I called them they said the tracking is incorrect they don’t have my phone yet, and to wait the waiting time.

did you do anything to speed it up?

No,I rescheduled it on weekend as I’m working Mondays to friday, cause they
will give a pin. Only you can receive it.

Anyone else been told by EE that their iPhone 17 pro max tracking is lying to me , as mine said my iPhone had been dispatched 10 days ago… it still hasn’t. EE said it’s a tech issue my iPhone hasn’t been dispatched??

they said it’s a common new issue ? I just personally think my iPhone was dispatched and instead went to someone else.

EE currently is a big mess!

the tracking number they provided stated my iPhone had been dispatched on the 5th November, I waited for message from dpd, still 14 days letter not received. After calling ee they told me the tracking is lying my phone has not been dispatched.

its looking to be a long wait and a whole lot of the unknown, as they have proven to be very unhelpful.
