Ordered an IPhone 17 pro max 1TB in cosmic orange 22nd of October and was told a 21 day wait, that’s been and gone, what is the likely wait time?

I called up today because i upgraded on the same day to an Iphone 17 pro max orange 256gb, was told less than 28 days, its been over 3 weeks so i rang up yesterday and told within another 21 days… im getting rather frustrated.

Really upsetting considering the only reason I upgraded to as because EE called to say I was eligible, seems pointless to bring it up if they don’t have stock

Welcome to the community.

I've had a look at the stock for the iPhone 17 Pro Max 1TB Cosmic Orange, and the guidance from for orders placed between 9th October and 27th October was more than 28 days for estimated dispatch.

At the moment, the oldest outstanding order is showing as 13th October, and orders are being sent out on a first come first served basis when stock arrives.

Once it is on the way you'll get a text or email from DPD, or notification in the DPD app if you have that, to let you know when to expect delivery.
