Hello!

I upgraded my phone to the iPhone 17 pro max on the 4th of November. The staff member in ee said it will be a 2 week wait. I haven’t received any sort of order tracking for it so im just wondering wether it will be sent the day before the phone is sent or what cause im just a bit confused

@St3ph3 what colour and storage size did you order ? as there is different waiting times for each model spec of this device. Once the device is allocated to you you receive tracking information

@St3ph3 on EE‘s website for this device and spec it states these are usually sent out within 14 days. you’re not receive any tracking information until the device is allocated to you because there needs to be a device to have tracking put against it.

So cause I ordered it on the 4th will it be sent to me on the 18th then? I’m confused

if it’s been 14 days on the 18th will I get info about the delivery on the 17th

Welcome to the Community, @St3ph3.

Whilst you'll not get a tracking code for DPD until the handset is dispatched, you should still have received an order reference number starting with XK.

Hi I haven’t received any XK reference number where can I get it from? I know it’s gone through your end

@St3ph3 Check your e-mail confirmation for an order reference number, however it may only begin XK if you placed your order online.

The online tracker just allows you to see when its preparing dispatch etc, but when it is actually dispatched you will get a text from DPD with the actual delivery tracking link for the next day.
