I ordered an iPhone 17 Pro Max in Cosmic Orange on 27th October, but I haven’t received any updates on my order status yet. I ordered this phone as a gift for my sister’s birthday on the 25th, and I’m getting a bit concerned about the delivery timeline.

Could you please let me know the current status of my order and when I can expect it to be shipped or delivered . Thanks 👍

We can't see the actual order details here on the community, but we can get an estimated idea of timescales for the date when you placed the order.

Which storage size did you order?

Thanks @Yash7. The guidance for that model when you ordered was that it was expected to be dispatched within 28 days.

When it is on the way you'll get a text or email from DPD, or notification in the DPD app if you have that, to let you know when it will be delivered.

Ordered mine 10th of October. Been told it’s a further 21 day wait. So that would have been 7 ish weeks.

Yes, I got the email. I’ve been receiving weekly updates saying that my order is on track, but there’s still no estimated delivery date. It’s really frustrating because I keep checking my SMS and email every day for any new updates. The waiting is honestly the worst part — especially when you don’t even know the delivery date. And seeing messages from people who ordered on October 10 and are still waiting makes it even worse. I’ll probably have to wait too, but who knows for how many more days.
