Hi I placed an order for the iPhone on 25/10/25 and still haven’t received any info on a dispatch date? Any idea of when this phone will make it into my hands as my current phone is at breaking point!

You have ages to wait yet. Ordered mine on the 4th Oct and it’s only now been dispatched. Silver 256.

Didn’t even give me an option could only select silver. Selected orange and it automatically took me to silver. It’s 256gb

@Nathanbond94 Just to clarify we don't have access to individual orders/accounts via this forum, just the stock guidance. The iPhone 17 Pro Max 256Gb Silver was expect dispatch within 21 days at the time of your order on 25th Oct, that guidance is still correct.

We have yesterday updated our guidance to expect dispatch within 14 days of order. So any new orders will be dispatched within that time, but any back orders such as yours will be fulfilled first.

@Leewj12 At the time of your order it would have been to expect dispatch in more than 28 days, however the same information above applies to your order which was placed earlier and so will be fulfilled first.

@MashDag If your order was placed yesterday then the guidance is to expect dispatch within 21 days of order.

@Leewj12 Orders are assigned a place in the queue based on when your order is placed and processed and then are fulfilled based on that queue system. As I say we don't have access to individual orders via this forum, but unless their order was placed and processed before yours or was for a different model then it should not have been received before.

As mentioned upthread by another customer, their order of the 4th October for the same model has just been dispatched today, so we have not quite got to orders from 9th October yet but they are getting close.
