The estimated timescale for dispatch for that model was 21 days when you placed your order, but it did change to 14 days the day after.

It does show that the oldest outstanding order is from 5th November at the moment though, so if you've not heard anything from DPD yet, I'd recommend speaking to our customer service guides, so they can check the order on your account to see if there is a further update.

Hi. Yeah called them. They still told me that dispatch is within 14 days. No tentative date was given. Like im still on the queue
