What colour and storage size did you order? Devices are delivered on a first come first serve basis and depends on how many Apple have sent out as to when you will receive your device. There are customers waiting like you, if you cared to check the forums, you will receive notification from DPD once your order has been dispatched up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window and a PIN number you need to show the driver before you can receive your device.

At the point that you ordered, the estimated dispatch time was within 28 days.

It is showing for orders placed today that the timescale would be within 14 days, so it looks like stock may be expected soon.

Any orders are sent out on a first come, first served basis, but we're not able to see when yours will be dispatched.

Once it is on the way, you'll get a text or email, or notification in the DPD app if you have it, to let you know when it will be delivered, and the PIN to give to the driver as @Schockwave mentioned.

The delivery would only be able to be made to your address @figulek33, but can be accepted by anyone at that address with the PIN that DPD send on the day of delivery.

@figulek33 If the delivery hasn't arrived by then, there would be some options available on the notifications from DPD to see if that works for you.

If they don't, and the delivery fails, the phone would be returned back to us by DPD and the order cancelled.

If you've still not heard anything in the days before you go to hospital it is worth giving our customer service guides a call to discuss all of your options.

I'm looking for guidance on when my iPhone 17 pro max would be dispatched I ordered it on the 30th of December and at the time I ordered it I was told it would be dispatched within 1-2 days but on the app it isn't even awaiting dispatch

I've just checked our stock page, and if you ordered the iPhone 17 Pro Max 256gb in Silver on the 30th of December, the delivery wait time was around 14 days.
