Anyone know how long they normally take to dispatch a new phone? Not getting an update if it’s been sent yet just says order confirmed

Welcome to the community.

It will depend on when you placed the order as to when the phone would be dispatched, but don't worry, it is normal to not hear anything after the order confirmation until it is dispatched.

If you let me know what date you placed the order, I can have a look at the estimated timescale.

Order was placed on the 2/11/25 but i haven’t received anything about estimated due date or anything

As there is currently a backlog of orders to full for all the iPhone 17 Pro Max models, no estimated delivery dates are given on the order confirmation.

I ordered on the 1st November and was told to "expect dispatch within 14 days", so I imagine it would be the same for you.

Lets hope our orders come sooner than that though

The guidance when you ordered would have been up to 14 days from the order date.
