iPhone 17 pro max delivery time

Hi I know this is a tired question but everytime I call EE they say 28 days then it was 21 days but I ordered my phone on the 2nd of October making it 32 days at the minute, just wondering roughly how long people were waiting for delivery from original purchase date. Thank you

I know you'll want to get your hands on your phone as soon as possible.

While I can't give you a definite timescale, I can have a look at the expected timescales to give you a better idea.

Which colour and storage size did you order?

The estimated dispatch time for that model was more than 28 days, but has since changed to within 21 days on 21st October.

As orders are first come first served, any older orders will be dispatched first, so it would expected to be a maximum of 21 days for orders from that date, but the older orders may arrive sooner.

We're not able to give a more accurate guidance than that, but when it is on the way you'll get a text or email, or notification in the DPD app if you have that with delivery information.

I’m the same! Ordered on the 3rd Oct and still not received anything, not even a dispatch notification. Thinking to cancel the order to be honest as it’s taking so long and nobody seems to know when I’ll receive it.

If you've ordered the iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB silver as well, the guidance would be the same for you as well.

We are getting orders out as soon as possible, on a first come, first served basis, but the demand after an iPhone launch is always high, especially for the Pro Max models.

If you did want to cancel the order, you'd just need to give our customer service guides a call.

It is showing that there are orders outstanding from 27th September for that model.

The current guidance is estimated dispatch within 21 days for new orders from this morning so it looks like stock is expected.

Orders will be going out on a first come, first served basis, so older orders like yours will be going out as soon as there is stock available.

You'll get a text or email, or notification in the DPD app if you have that installed, when it is on the way.

I ordered my upgrade on 8/11/2025 does this mean 21 days will be the maximum wait for the cosmic orange 1tb ?

At the time of your order the iPhone 17 Pro Max 1TB Cosmic Orange was expect dispatch within 21 days of your order, so that is still the expected guidance currently, to be dispatched within 21 days from your order date. The oldest order outstanding for that model is from 6th Nov.

I've checked our stock page, and it's stating that if you ordered the device on the 8th of November, there is an estimated wait time of around 21 days.
