Hi,

When are the Iphone 17 pro max going to be sent out ? I am paying for a mobile on my upgrade and I haven't even received the phone. So when are the iphones going to be in stock??

Thanks for coming to the community.

We are receiving and sending out iPhone 17 Pro Max models, but the delivery time will vary depending on when the order was placed and the colour and storage size that you ordered.

When did you order the phone and which colour and storage was it?

You shouldn't be paying for the new plan until the phone has been dispatched.

Hi Michael,

I ordered it last week, it was iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Deep Blue

But what I am worried about here now, is I have seen people moaning that they have been waiting since the start of September. Normally you guys get an update of when you are receiving batches of the phones, I mean this happens every year why dont you just get enough to cover deliveries based on the amount the year prior.

It is normal for there to be a wait for the latest iPhone models when they first come out, particularly the Pro Max versions.

In all the years I've worked for the company, we've never been able to see when deliveries come in, but we do have access to an estimated dispatch timescale.

For the model and date of your order, the timescale is showing as up to 14 days for any orders placed from the afternoon of 27th October, so that one doesn't have as long a wait as others.

Once we do have your phone available, you'll get a text or email from DPD, or notification in the DPD app if you have that with delivery information.

Is there a way of checking expected dates for the phone if it was ordered on 28th please ?

You'd be looking at it being dispatched within 14 days @jakephillipjohn.

The last update was on 27th October, so any orders placed from that point would be on that estimated timescale.

I’m sure if they could, they would. Why would they not? The issue is with Apple, balancing supply and demand. I ordered mine direct from Apple and still had to wait 3 weeks 🤷🏼
