i still haven’t received these or heard anything about their arrival

The stock guidance of that model was updated on 21st October to expect dispatch within 21 days for new orders. However backorders such as yours would be fulfilled before new orders. So at the moment the information we would have is to expect dispatch within a maximum of 21 days from 21st October.
