how to remove multi line discount

Hello,

I tried to upgrade online but it seems that I can't add my EE perks discount because when I logged in the multi line discount automatically applied and there isn't an option for me to remove it. I called customer care team and even them can't help me about it. Is there any other way I could remove it so I could apply my EE perks discount.

Do you get an error when you try to add the code while it's showing the multi-plan discount?
