I have ordered iphone 17 orange 256gb pay monthly order number xko******* I do not see any updates and I have not recieved any updates regarding my order what's going on?

If you have an order number, this would usually indicate that your order has been placed successfully, and this is followed up by an email within 24 hours.

If this hasn't happened, you'll need to contact our team directly so they can double check your account.

If you've ordered an iPhone 17 Pro 256GB Cosmic Orange, you can expect dispatch within 7 days. Or if you've ordered an iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Cosmic Orange, you can expect dispatch within more than 28 days.
