Hello,

I placed an order for an iPhone 17 Pro Max (Silver, 256GB) on October 4th, but I’ve noticed that it still hasn’t been dispatched.

Order Number: EE-********

I understand there might be some processing time, but I just wanted to check when I can expect it to be shipped. I’ve found it a bit difficult to get in touch, so I’d really appreciate an update when possible.

Welcome to the community.

It is great to hear you've ordered a new phone, and I can imagine you'll want to get your hands on it.

There is a wait for iPhone 17 Pro Max orders due to the popularity of the phone and it only recently coming out.

The Silver 256GB version is showing that it is expected to be dispatched in more than 28 days.

Once there is stock available for your order, you'll receive a notification to say it is on the way and a further one from DPD to let you know when it'll be delivered.

You can also track the order status online.

I ordered the exact same as you 3 weeks ago now. I’ve heard absolutely nothing apart from getting automatic updates.

Count yourself lucky, i too ordered on the 4th and have had absolutely nothing… not even automatic updates.

but it shows as dispatched on my screen ee themselves are ruddy clueless it seems.

I’ve been on the the phone tonight 16 Oct after ordering the exact phone on 16 Sep still saying expect delivery over 28 days so still waiting unfortunately

Could you please let me know the status of my order? I still haven’t received any update, it still shows “usually dispatched in more than 28 days.”

Will I receive it before November 20? I’ll be going on vacation then.

Also, could you confirm whether my order is part of the first batch or the second batch allocation?

Today is day 32 for me. There’s people who ordered 36 days ago still waiting. Not holding my breath.

@shivam22 We don't have access to your account and order through these forums to check for any status updates I am sorry, you would need to call 150 to have a check on your specific order.

With regards to orders for the iPhone 17 Pro Max Siler 256Gb, current guidance for orders placed since 21st October is to expect dispatch within 21 days. As your order would be before any new orders in the queue and we expect new orders to be fulfilled within 21 days then yes you should expect delivery before Nov 20th.

I ordered mine 30th September and still no updates just the generic automatic ones every 7 days which mean absolutely nothing. Other places like three and vodafone have stock in and are dispatching with next day delivery. Have you received yours yet?

Delivered by DPD 2 hours ago. I ordered on 25/09 so yours shouldn't be too long now.
