Ordered my iphone 17 pro max on 23rd september!! Are there any updates regarding where the orders are up to and when we should be getting the phone. I’ve been told it will be 1 week every week since I orderd the thing.

To be honest the Mis guided information from one advisor to another and then the now 5 week wait has taken the shine off it.

another thing was in ordered titanium blue but the advisor who put the order though actually put through a silver one… noticed a couple of weeks later but to cancel and change back to blue would of put me to the back of the wha again so I stuck with what was ordered. 17 Pro Max 256gb in Silver

I'm very sorry about your experience, @Andy450 I can imagine it would have been very disappointing to find out that the wrong colour had been ordered.

I've checked our stock pages, and if you ordered your phone around 5 weeks ago, the wait time is stating more than 28 days, however, it's not stating anything more specific.

If you have your order reference number, you'll be able to track your order's progress.

You can also give us a call, then a guide can get access to your account and give you a more specific update on your order.

Thanks for the info, are you saying it could potentially be another 28 days after the 5 weeks ive already waited?

That would be more than 28 days from the date when you ordered your phone @Andy450
