@168Monaghan , which phone, colour storage size? One of the guides will be able to let you know whether there is a delay or not, but cannot access your account, so if you want more information, you would have to ring customer service to find out.

Also please download the DPD app and make sure that it has the same information as EE have, as as soon as your device is dispatched, you will receive notification from DPD by the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window and a PIN number you show the driver in order to receive your device.
