    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I placed and order, have the email etc. BUT I cannot track it or see that it's processing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;when I go to the track my order page it continuously tells me that it's timed out which it isn't.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;id rather just know if I've been accepted or I can get my £30 back. it's for the iPhone 17 pro max and I expect delays but I just want to know if it has been accepted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4882283"&gt;@Kimjrod2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;you will need to call customer support but they usually reach out to you if you get declined. &amp;nbsp; You can’t track nothing so until a device is allocated to you there is nothing to track.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
