I ordered the new iPhone 17 pro max on September 21st 2025 and was advised up to 28 days for delivery. It has been over 28 days, I have called 150 and was advised Apple would send stock by today (24/10/25) and I would be updated. I still haven’t heard anything, can you please confirm when you expect Apple to send more stock and when I am likely to receive my order please?

I also placed an order for an iPhone 17 pro max on the 21st September and I haven’t received any updates since. I can’t even track my order cuz it keeps telling me that my reference number is wrong. It has now been 33 days and I don’t know where my order is. I called up EE a few days ago and they just said to me that my order is on back order and I need to just wait but it’s been more than 28days.
