It looks like the estimated wait time is up to 28 days from your order date.

When your phone is sent to our couriers for delivery, you'll be able to track the delivery on the DPD website.

I've just checked our stock page, and it's stating that if you ordered your phone on the 17th of September, the phone will take more than 28 days, however, I don't have anything more specific.

Have you tried to track your order on our order tracking site yet?

Yes it just says waiting, I spoke to customer service last week, it seems it’s just a waiting game

Upto 28 Days? I along with many others have been waiting 4-5 weeks as it is. Service has been absolutely abysmal and the communication is appalling. We just want our new phones.

got a message from ee stateing if orderd before 1 oct expect it 31 oct
